For businesses still running stock on paper

Everything you keep on paper, in one place you can search.

The notebook works — until someone asks how much of an item you have, and the only way to answer is to walk to the shelf. StockWorx keeps stock down to the rack and level it sits on, records every movement, and issues delivery notes from the same records. Built for small and mid-sized businesses in Serbia taking their first step off paper.

What it does

Built around where things actually are.

On paper you can record how many. You cannot record which rack, which level, and who moved it there — not in a way anyone can look up six weeks later.

SKL / 01

Warehouses and positions

Set up each warehouse with its own code, address and rack layout. You define the rack codes and how many levels each one has, so the system mirrors the building you actually walk through.

  • Multiple warehouses under one account
  • Rack codes and level counts you choose
  • Stock located to a specific position
ART / 02

Items and stock

Each item carries its SKU, description, and how its stock should be tracked. Dimensions, weight, units per box and boxes per pallet are all recorded, so the system knows what fits where.

  • SKU, name, description and item type
  • Tracking method set per item
  • Packaging: units per box, boxes per pallet
DOK / 03

Movements and documents

Goods in, goods out and internal transfers are all recorded against the item and the position. Delivery notes come out of the same records, so paperwork matches the shelf by default.

  • Full movement history per item
  • Delivery notes issued from the system
  • Suppliers and users kept alongside
Who it's for

Worth checking before you book anything.

We would rather lose the meeting than sell you the wrong system.

StockWorx suits you if

  • Stock lives in a notebook, on printed sheets, or in Excel
  • You have one warehouse, or a few
  • Someone has to walk to the shelf to answer a question
  • You have never had a report you did not build by hand
  • Your team works in Serbian

Probably not yet if

  • You already run a WMS that works for you
  • You need it tied into an existing ERP from day one
  • You run automated handling — conveyors, robotics
  • You operate across several countries with customs and multi-currency
AI reporting

Ask the warehouse a question.

On paper, a report means someone spends an evening with a calculator — so mostly, nobody asks. StockWorx builds the report from your own records the moment you ask for it, in the words you would use with a colleague. This is the part that does not exist on paper at any price.

One caveat, stated plainly: the AI reports need an internet connection to run. Everything else — stock, movements, delivery notes — does not. If you would rather the system never reach outside your building at all, there is a version without the AI features.

Screens

Dense where it counts.

Filter and sort on every column, because warehouse people look for one row among thousands, not a dashboard to admire.

Setup

Four steps, not a project.

There is no server to buy and no consultant to book. This is the order your own team follows on day one, and the order the Serbian manual takes.

01

Create the warehouse

Give it a code, an address and a city. Six characters mixing letters and numbers is the convention.

02

Enter the racking

Rack codes and the number of levels in each. This is what makes positions meaningful later.

03

Add your items

Already in Excel or CSV? Import them. Otherwise: SKU, name, type and tracking method, then dimensions and packaging.

04

Add suppliers and users

Once people and suppliers are in, every movement carries a name and a source. You are live.

Roadmap

What's built, and what isn't.

We would rather tell you now than in month three of an implementation.

AVAILABLE

Warehouse management

Warehouses and racking, items and stock, storage positions, movement history, delivery notes, suppliers, users, and AI reporting.

IN DEVELOPMENT

More AI, and a cloud option

Further AI features on top of reporting, and a hosted version for businesses that would rather not keep a machine of their own.

PLANNED

Wider ERP modules

StockWorx is a warehouse system today. ERP is the direction, not a current claim.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Our people are not computer people.

The daily work is a list with a search box and a form to fill in — closer to a well-organised ledger than to accounting software. Every screen, every field and the user manual are in Serbian. Most people are working unassisted the same afternoon.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The warehouse keeps working. StockWorx runs on your own hardware, in your own building, so receiving, picking, delivery notes and stock records do not depend on the connection. Only the AI reports do — those wait until you are back online. This is the one thing paper has always done well, and we did not want to take it away from you.

Do we have to type in every item by hand?

No. If your items already exist in Excel or a CSV file, they import straight in. If they only exist on paper, someone types them once — and that is the last time anyone types them.

Do the AI reports send our data outside the company?

TODO — this is the question a privacy-minded buyer asks straight after the previous one, and it is the only claim on this page we cannot write for you.

Does it work in Serbian?

Yes. Serbian and English are both built into the application and each user picks their own from the top of the screen. The user manual is written in Serbian.

Where is our data stored?

On your hardware, in your building. The database is yours — we do not hold a copy and we cannot see your stock. A hosted option is on the roadmap for businesses that would prefer it, but local stays available.
